1. It doesn´t matter what you are doing, it who you are doing it with that makes it worthwhile.
2. My husband makes me smile just by entering the room and saying Chica.
3. I miss my family back home.
4. What doesn´t kill you will age you exponentially.
5. Never start an anti-ageing regime just because a salesperson bullies you in the mall. If she points out your wrinkles, return the favour and point out her air of desperation.
6. Packing is never fun, but the anticipation of a new adventure is.
7. Love means never having to pass wind in a separate room from your loved one.
8. Seeing your child trying to stand and walk is priceless, and all those other credit card commercial sentiments.
9. Keeping calm during a driving test is useless unless you remember that the speed limit is not the minimum allowable. And amber lights mean "stop" and not "go unless otherwise warned".
10. Life is made up of the good, the bad, and the truly memorable. And they all lead into each other. And I wouldn´t be the person I am now if not for all of those things.
